Frequently asked questions
When is breakfast available?
The breakfast buffet (€15 per person) will be available a few weeks after the hotel opens. If your stay is in the first days, please check availability directly with us. The terrace drinks menu is available from day one.
Can I leave my backpack if I arrive before check-in?
Yes. Luggage storage is free for all guests. You can leave your backpack or suitcase at reception from early morning and collect it whenever you like, even before your official check-in time.
Do you stamp the pilgrim passport at the hotel?
Yes. We stamp the Camino pilgrim passport (credencial) at reception for all guests, free of charge and with no prior booking needed. Just ask.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Do you accept dogs and other pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly property. If you're travelling with your pet, please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare everything correctly.
Is the hotel accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes. The building is newly constructed and fully accessible: lift, access ramps and a fully adapted Superior room with a step-free shower and support rails. If you need detailed information or want to reserve the accessible room, contact us before booking.
Do you offer transfers from Santiago de Compostela airport?
Yes. We offer transfer services on prior request and with an additional charge. Santiago de Compostela airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Contact us in advance to arrange the transfer.
